If they Notified the El Paso Authorities, the El Paso Authorities would be GUILTY of Assisting ICE, and as a "Sanctuary City" cooperating with ICE is a NO NO!!

So its not enough they hit the jackpot. Were supposed to assist them after theyve broken our laws and made it in to stay.
Good for ICE. Drop them off in the middle of nowhere and tell them....youre on your own.
