It’s true when you stop on the expressway the towns are all poor minorities.
Over twenty years ago I noticed that on a ride up to the Catskills; I was shocked at how many non-English speakers were in the Newburgh area. That long ago, the plan was in motion to prevent ghost towns from popping up in those Rust Belt towns/cities by importing a Third World underclass.
