I am far more concerned with the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York which is a hotbed of anti-Trump activists and might even indict him while he is still President and almost surely will after he leaves office.

Rinos and neverTrumpers ‘dominate’. Hillary voters all—they want Trump gone more than the dems do. If mueller gives them anything credible(a legal fig leaf), Trump will be convicted and removed.
It isn’t really futile. They get a year of daily news specials “The Impeachment of President Trump”. They solemnly will examine every whacked out claim of Stormy Daniels and others to extract maximum embarrassment.
All work of his presidency will grind to a halt.
IF they finish before the election, it will leave him badly damaged and America will be told it’s time to move on from a failed Trump experiment. Repub never Trumpers will come out of the woodwork for a primary.
And in the meantime, the economy will be tanking.
They win even if they can’t remove him.
