Usually when a report of this type is completed by law enforcement personnel, it would be signed by the preparer. The fact that Strzok was part of this interview, and in the room at the time, he should have signed it as well, attesting to the validity of the report as written by Pientka. No where on that report is there any statement for the agents to sign their names to, attesting to the accuracy of the report, unless it's been redacted on this copy.
