Dear Judge Sullivan: Pursuant to the Court’s Minute Order dated today, the government hereby files two redacted versions of the FD-302 report summarizing the FBI’s interview of the defendant on January 24, 2017. See Attachment. The content of both versions of the report is identical, except that the first version, which was digitally signed and certified in February 2017, inadvertently contained a header labeled “DRAFT DOCUMENT/DELIBERATIVE MATERIAL.” Once that error was recognized, the header was removed and a corrected version, omitting only the header, was resigned and re-certified in May 2017.

Here’s what I do not get.

I don’t think the Judge has seen the original 302s or he has/or will and is going to stick to Forrest Mueller.
This appears to be a draft of the REVISED 302 - meaning it’s the 3rd one - there was an original, there was this revised one, then there was another, the one that was updated later on, that the Mule team previously submitted. This is like the “shell game”
That which is not Constitutional must be sterilized!
What the heck good is a redacted version? More deliberate playing for time.
Prediction: Sullivan will now be satisfied and leave everything in place. He doesn’t want his family destroyed by Mueller.

I 100% believe that, but if I were ever the incoming National Security Advisor for a President-elect promising substantial changes in US foreign policy, I don’t think my first thought would be to take a vacation in a Third World country during the transition period. That seems just totally stupid.
If only “DRAFT DOCUMENT/DELIBERATIVE MATERIAL” was removed why are all pages realigned yet redaction on 1st page bottom center remains in same place and why is 1st page info below line typed differently?
What Mueller calls the draft had seal “Official Record” and was digitally signed. Just how does a signed official record get unofficial because of an inadvertent header error? Sounds like the Ministry of Truth in 1984.
I guess it’s a federal crime to lie to the FBI, but not a crime for the FBI to lie.

I dunno... Handing a heavily redacted 302 to Judge Sullivan after trying to palm off a six/seven-month-old 302 does not seem to be an effective way to get into his good graces.
At this particular stage in the process, I don’t see how anything that 302 might contain would be considered classified, and I think this is just going to piss off the judge even worse.
I thought that anything written more than a very few days after an event is considered hearsay and not evidence. It’s time for all law enforcement to have to video their interviews. That would end their right to lie.

You got that right. Session did more damage to America than the entire communists Democrat party. That is why most of us over 6 months ago were begging Trump to fire him. Trump was blind.
