“The tomb dates from the rule of Neferirkare Kakai, the third king of the Fifth Dynasty of the Old Kingdom.”
for context, if my quick search is correct, the Great Pyramid dates from the time of the second king of the Fourth Dynasty.
I’ve often fantasied over being able to go back into time to places like this just to observe how the people lived.
In a way I wish I were a leftard where I could believe and expect anything I wanted after death, such as the ability to time travel. I’d go back to the early Egyptian days to see if Cleopatra was hot and move on to the dinosaur days to see if T-Rex was mean and vicious, or a feathered fagot like they are making him out today. I think I’ll go down to the democrat HQ tomorrow and sign up for some reeducation classes. It may take a full lobotomy to get to their level, but it would be worth it just to live in a fantasy world.
Cue up “King Tut” on the turn table...
I hope they peel the little oval “Made in China” stickers off the bottom of each artifact.
That being said...interesting find...
I look forward to hearing more about this find in the future.
