A. You can never have too much duct tape (as long as you keep it in a controlled environment), and B. plastic sheeting is great as paint dropcloths, creating temporary protective structures during spray-painting projects, a more sophisticated outdoor rain-proof couch-fort substitute (bring your own juicebox), etc.

Seriously, I’ll go to Lowe’s to buy some plastic sheeting for a small project. Don’t need much, doesn’t even have to be a high mil. BUT...I always wind up buying a box with a roll that’s 10-12’x100’.

And I’ll use ever bit of it eventually.
