That’s good. Sticks and stones is a lesson fairly missing from the current generation. Also, MYOB, Mind Your Own Business—people are so up in everybody else’s business these days they need to sit down shut up and do the right thing. sheeesh. for a change.

I have a son who pays far more attention to what “other people” say, do, and think than I do. He is slowly weaning himself off some of that, for which I am thankful.
I tell him on a frequent basis that everyone does not have to have an opinion on everything. Further, having an opinion does not require that one express it. MYOB. Sit down, shut up, and do the right thing- take care of your own business and allow everyone else to do the same.
