One is about twitter statements of a U.N. mandate in Marrekesh and the other is about the real pain some of these rural French people are feeling from these high taxes. Are the twitter statements from any of the yellow vesters at the protests? So far, all of the yellow vest protestors I've seen and read about are more along the lines of what you are talking about in the second part of your post. The poor rural French citizens getting taxed to death.

It's all one and the same. It's called globalism. Destroy borders, destroy class, skin color, and race, destroy nationalism, and most importantly destroy the middle class. Destroy the middle class with cultural marxism, high taxes, and immigration. Migrants are going to be living better than most of us in the countries that sign the mandate in Marrakesh. Have you read it?

I think most of what we are saying I am in agreement with you on. I agree with you that in general, a lot of the social unrest in the EU countries has to do with unbridled immigration from middle eastern countries that don't share the European values and are not integrating into society. I agree with you that elitists such as Macron are in favor of it because they are globalists. I also agree with you that it is one of the underlying causes of problems in France. In the cities, the large middle eastern immigrant population is taking all kinds of social services and not paying into the tax base while the outlying rural areas are paying ever increasing taxes while getting decreasing to no social/governmental services.

Where we disagree on is why the yellow vesters are protesting. The statement you posted again proves my point. It says nothing about middle eastern immigration into France and just talks about rising taxes on the poor and little to no governmental/social services. In other words, while it may be true that one of the reasons of rising taxes is to support the middle eastern immigration into their society, the yellow vest protesters have not made that connection. If they don't make that connection, then they are not protesting about that. Please share with me one statement by one of the protesters that talks about Middle Eastern immigration. I haven't seen it.

There are many reasons why their taxes are so high of which one is to support the immigration. Probably the main reason IMO is because they have a socialist system and in order to have a massive government interference in the market you gotta have someone pay for it.
