The DOJ guidelines are that a sitting president cannot be indicted, this has been stated time and time again, McCarthy knows this, so why is blathering this crap? Even so, Trump will not be removed from office unless two thirds of the senate votes to convict—which WILL NEVER HAPPEN!!! This entire witch hunt is nothing more than a waste of money and time. Mulehead should be indicted for sedition, and if we had an attorney general with testicles, this would be over.

Trump has already surrendered on that issue by nominating William Barr.
In 1991, all eight Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee voted to confirm William Barr as Attorney General.
Those were essentially the same Democrats who destroyed Robert Bork in 1987, and who tried to destroy Clarence Thomas in late 1991.
And they voted 8-0 for William Barr!
Don’t forget that McCarthy started out as a NeverTrumper, then switched to supporting President Trump.

You realize anyone attempting to discipline the ass AG of New York will be attacked for obstructing justice. They will be indicted and taken to a marxist court where they will be convicted and sent to prison. The DOJ and the federal court system is a completely rigged game.
