So as I understand this:

The US is claiming it has the right to create a law, that everyone in the world has to follow, and then has the right to require extradition of anyone that they think violates that law. Without that person being a US citizen or on US soil or even committing the crime on US soil.

I have a problem with this. Seems like a huge over reach.

It seems she lied to US banks, as a result of which the banks cooperated with Huawei in violating US sanctions. Still, how this gives us legal right to have someone arrested outside the US, I don’t understand. I’d hate to see Americans subjected to similar actions abroad!
