No. That is only part of it, the real problem is spending. Freeze federal hiring permanently. what happened to repealing all those agencies that Kelley Anne Conway wanted us to enumerate? The Legal Services Corporation, NPR, PBS, Planned Parenthood,” and the rest of every interminable useless agency? Stop baseline budgeting—if you do not not know what that is, look it up— the major reason for increased budgets every year, automatically. Stop this crap. This is planned, the Unknown behemoth known as the federal government rolls on, steamrolling anyone in its wake.

If your economy is growing at three to four percent and your spending is growing a seven percent then you're still digging yourself into a hole. If we're running an $800 billion deficit in this economy then how high will it get when there's downturn and recession?
