Arnold Schwarzenegger took a page out of his “Terminator” playbook this week while reflecting on the world’s “biggest evil” — fossil fuels.
The actor told attendees at a United Nations climate conference in Poland on Monday that billions of people around the globe would have benefited without the early adoption of coal and other fossil fuels for energy.

The actor and former California governor added that President Trump is “meshugge” (Yiddish for “crazy”) for abandoning a 2015 climate change agreement as part of his “America First” campaign vow.

Arnold confuses Conan the Barbarian movies with reality. While the Conan movies show that pre-industrial man was subject to authoritarian rulers, they don’t depict the starvation, pestilence, or violence of those times. If Arnold seriously thinks it would be better than we didn’t enjoy the benefits of fossil fuels, he is saying that he wishes 90 percent of the human race were dead, most of the remainder slaves or serfs. It is better to think he was drunk at the time he said what he said.
