No one told you to "shut up". I simply wrote, "You needn't go on any further." Can you understand the difference?

Not bragging, but you're talking to someone who hasn't taken a recreational drug since the 80's, and to a person with an I.Q. probably around 50 points higher than you may have displayed over the years.
