These media hypes and fads are usually nothing.
To extent here could be something there, I’d think that the drug Albert Hoffman later developed called Hydergine would probably be a better idea.
I think the food expert Michael Pollan has written a recent book on it and there are sites discussing it. I don’t know too much about it. The doses are so tiny the people actually go about their normal day. I would like to learn more, myself, out of curiosity. I won’t be trying it.
