Not only ammo in the general sense, but specific rebuttals to the premise of the charge against Don Jr.... Mueller will try to hide behind "classified" evidence that there was something, probably Trump Tower Moscow, that Don Jr "lied" about regarding that meeting. NPR just lied about what Don Jr testified to Congress. They are part of the deep state now.
But declassification will show the Trump Tower meeting was not much more than a Fusion sting, plus an anti-Maginitsky pitch. The Agalarovs, father and son, seting up the meeting will be claimed by Mueller to be a Moscow Trump Tower angle that Don Jr "lied" about. Also Agalarov sent a birthday present to Trump a week or two later which will be cast as evidence that Trump Tower Moscow was stlll in the works when Trump said it wasn't and Don Jr testified to Congress that it wasn't.
Trump has not only the classified evidence, but a great team of lawyers.

This entire coup was orchestrated early on. None of the events, RR as DAG, Sessions’ recusal, and the appointment of mueller’s special counsel coup happened by chance.

The investigation would have shut down immediately had the beltway GOP insisted on a full investigation that included the Clinton campaign, Democrat law firms and Democrat linked Russian nationals. Instead, the GOP led by McConnell and Ryan exposed Trump’s flanks in battle and left POTUS bare behind to the wind unable to effectively defend himself against a partisan investigation without the support of his own party.
Maybe Corsi’s and Stone’s actions got Mueller’s attention. He got Flynn sent to prison for refusing to lie. Now he’s asking Flynn to lie and say Mueller didn’t try to get Flynn to lie.

Mueller could fabricate evidence and that would be just fine with the group listed above. The media will go to Defcon 1 and Trump will be impeached and removed.

It does seem very possible Senator Burr has referred Don Jr. to the Mueller Coupists. That would totally explain the bravado coming from Democrats lately. They fully know how divisive that would be for GOP voters. I can’t believe Burr would be that arrogant and stupid. We shall see.
If it is the case that the Senate GOP has abetted Mueller and his angry Democrats it is end of the Party of Lincoln should POTUS not win in 2020. Tens of millions of Trump voters will walk in 2022 and the GOP will no longer be a national party.
You are correct. He is to be made an example of to deter any others that might get the same idea that he did.
If it’s Don Jr., it can’t be more than a process crime, aka Scooter Libby, or Martha Stewart. We’ll see...all spec at this time
