Many Latin and Asian people do have conservative values — across a number of issues. The R party just ( usually, often) doesn’t outreach, welcome, connect with them —- or with almost anyone else for that matter.

They may have some conservative values, but they are die-hard Democrats ad nauseum.

Neither group will ever vote for you by any proportion that matters. The fact you think they need community outreach implies you already know the problem: they don’t have enough agency to think objectively but need to be wooed like women. But good luck on that, because they will only go to the suitor that offers them the most power. The vast majority live on welfare. We consistently win business owners, but they are not the majority. The majority were the slave tribes of the Azteks and Mayans and will always be such.
