Violates separation of church and state.
They’ve already encroached on this when liberal judges said that the churches had to pay social security and state taxes on their paid employees because the employees weren’t considered as part of the “religious” function but the cost of doing business.
They’ll try to claim that diversity laws apply as well.
Then it’ll be hate speech enforcement.
