Is she mexican or S. Central A. ??? Who can tell really....
Then mother poses her child for reporter to show the world.. what 'WE' have done to her children.....
Interesting visual kid is dropping ball.....probably not good optic for reporters story....

I don’t know anything about womens’ clothing, but the handbag and sneakers look new. The shirt is some sort of commercially produced item as well. Certainly not rags.
