By the way, this is also not the doctrine of the Catholic Church. Our Catechism says nations have a right to regulate immigration, and anyone who wants to be an immigrant must obey our laws, respect our culture, and share the civic burdens of the nation.
There are prominent Catholics ignoring this doctrine --- including Pope Francis --- but he is well-known to play fast and loose with Catholic faith and morals, and I oppose his deviations from what is right.

I have repeatedly repudiated political clericalism both in this forum and elsewhere. And my pastor knows it, too. I have never given a dime for programs which encourage and abet this sort of lawlessness, and I never will
So once again, you are telling a falsehood about me.
You seem to be identifying me with the very programs I have repeatedly opposed on this Forum. And other FReepers know that.
