I don't see anything different than what they've been hitting us with already (chemtrails) except that now they'll be building a super plane to dump toxins and metals on us.

They will do this without anyone's permission and without anyone stopping them either.

Our food supply is already affected by this and now it will double the problems.

Vapor trails in the sky are water vapor, not “chem” anything. Jet fuel has lots of hydrogen and burning it creates more water by weight than the weight of the fuel.
