Trump originally fired him as U.S. Attorney, but RINO Senator Orrin Hatch convinced Trump to re-nominate Huber, and once again, not one Democrat voted against him.
Then, disgraced Attorney General Jeff Sessions appointed Huber to assist Michael Horowitz, the DOJ Inspector General, who was also appointed by Obama!

No Democrats will be indicted.
