Huber reported directly to Sessions on matters he was supposedly recused on. Sessions appointed Huber to investigate and report to HIM (Sessions) the results of his investigation (in concert with Horowitz).

This is indisputable science and beyond argument. I bet the smart people reading this who didn't know it understand, especially after reading Session's letter in response to Congress, appointing Huber.
