"receive(s) regular updates from Mr Huber and at the conclusion of his review will make recommendations, blah blah blah..."

That sounds like embellishing bullsh!t from your jerk-off poster boy the keebler elf. The updates could be about anything. Golf, grand kids, backstabbing Trump, their hillary votes. Anything.
If Huber was going to do anything vis a vis the Clinton crime syndicate (grand juries, etc). That would have already leaked by now.
