John Huber, the Special Prosecutor tapped by Sessions will testify at a GOP-led Congressional hearing on December 5th on the DOJ’s probe of the Clinton Foundation.
It will ultimately come down to whether the government is willing to match defendants’ spending. Every frivolous motion, every hearing, it all costs money. Someone has to prepare a written response and make the court appearance.
The odds are much better for us in the federal court system than any state court. Funds are nearly unlimited. And there is plenty of support from the White House.
I will say, if not now, it will be never. We don’t have republicans with actual courage other than President Trump, Devon Nunes, and a few others.

Two days ago (Monday), Joe DiGenova was interviewed on WMAL and stated his and wife’s (Victoria Toensing) client, Douglas Campbell the inside informant of Uranium-1 bribery scandal, has NEVER been interviewed by Huber.
