BTW, what ever happened to the IG investigation? One report was released that was supposed to be somewhat preliminary, with something like two more substantive reports to follow. As far as I know there have been no further reports and I haven’t seen Horowitz’s name in the news for months it seems like.

• The first IG report was on the FBI's handling of the CLinton email case. It is complete. Several referrals, but no indictments resulted.

• The second IG report was on McCabe's leaking to the press. It resulted in referral to the Office of Professional Responsibility (FBI HR dept.) and he was fired. That is also complete.

• The outstanding IG report in on the FISA warrant process, and if it was corrupted. It was also extended to cover the use of FBI informants to spy on the Trump campaign.

  Whether these are produced as a single report, or two or more reports is unknown. But this IG report is still outstanding.

  There is no particular date it is promised for.

Thanks — I was just over at the OIG site and am seeing the same thing. It seems odd that there’s no date or timeframe given for the FISC report, which has the potential to be big. Surely an estimate has been stated somewhere.
