Kasich is planning to be the new Perot. He WILL run for president as an independent, just to siphon enough votes from Trump to deny him reelection, and to get the deep state back in charge.
Would likely be more of a John Anderson - stealing as many or more votes from the Dem. The guy never got more than 2% of primary vote outside Ohio.
