Much of this failure belongs to Trump. About 4 or 5 months ago many of us were begging Trump to fire Sessions, Rosenstein and declassify all documents requested by the Congress. He did not and now the firing of Sessions was still not a Trump order but Sessions wrote a letter resigning. Rosenstein still there and Trump still sitting on his thumb on documents. What in the hell, no wonder we lost the house.
