Agreed. Since they didn’t discipline the female PE teacher but insisted the male PE teacher take the role, he was correct in refusing. It was a set-up that would have left the school district off the hook and he should pursue his case that way. Who knows how such an incident would be weaponized against the teacher 30 years from now?
