I am going to feel like a total idiot if this turns out to be a hoax, but it is being reported multiple news sites.
Right now, to ME, it looks like a premature press release was issued or leaked YESTERDAY on 11/14/18 so that quote I posted was the effort to quell that. He did, apparently, die TODAY, 11/15/18, of pneumonia, and that is what is now showing. I GUESS!
