Sounds like a ready-made Executive Order: I, President Trump, hereby declare this policy for all government positions. Because of security issues, and to insure the security of all Americans, all government new hires and employees are required to have a thorough background check. All new hires must be American citizens. Diversity alone is not an acceptable qualifying criterion for hiring. New hires must be qualified for the position and they must be American citizens. Demonstrating diversity in the govt workforce has led to incompetents getting hired so hiring managers can show diversity in their work force.
