I’m from Mississippi. At the time I registered, there was no election between the date I registered and my birthday. My high school Government/Economics teacher gave us extra credit if we registered to vote. So I did. A friend and I drove downtown and registered together. (Jackson, MS)
Still, I thought you had to be 18 to even register.
