I believe it is unlawful to register to vote under the age of 18, even back then.

You can register at 17 in California as well.

We need a ruling from Scotus which basically nullifies provisional ballots as illegal.

Just keep counting anything until the Dem wins. Then stop counting. Why? Because all the provisional votes are illegally manufactured anyway.
