There are other stories floating around about how unknown trucks and cars were seen dropping boxes of ballots off. There is near zero accountability as to where the came from, who brought them, what vehicles they would be transported in, etc. Without reading much further, I’d guess that this was an “oops” moment, someone rented a car (so their own license plate would not be seen on video surveillance), dropped off some “ballots” but forgot they had an extra one in the back seat/trunk.

Second theory would be “false flag”, someone stuck a bunch of ballots in a rented car full of GOP votes to throw off the scent of corruption.

I said this many years ago and I said it again this election cycle... Congress needs to step in here, mandate a process in which ballots are cast, handled, processed. They have to fund it. Ballot boxes should be GPS tracked, ballots themselves could be RFID tagged so you can trace them to a precinct at the time they were cast, and only authorized people and vehicles be permitted to touch and transport them among other security measures.

Personally I think ballots should be counted at each precinct, live in front of citizen observers, so that the people will be able to tally all the precincts on their own, independently from that of the state or county officials. Once the local count is witnessed and published then they are resealed and sent to the central bureau.
