A. Mail in ballots should be required to arrive at the counties offices 72 hours (3 days) prior to the opening of the polls, and counting of them proceed at the counties immediately thereafter, and concluded 24 hours before the polls open at the district polling places.
B. The only ballots allowed to be submited as “provional” ballots should be requured to ONLY be produced AT the district polling place and ONLY on election day.
There should be NO “after election day” ballots to be rounded up or counted.
As it is with all the early, mail in and provisional ballots, the theiving Dims are waiting to see how many “additonal” votes they need, and then committing fraud in sufficient numbers with the mail in and provisional ballots. Then the “missed” boxes of them are “discovered” and the rigged counting of additional votes begun.
Any ballots that fall outside the chain of custody should be disregarded.
