Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum (D) withdrew his concession to Republican candidate Ron DeSantis in the Florida gubernatorial race on Saturday as a recount in the state begins.

Concessions were never worth anything. If someone conceded but the votes turned out the other way, the concession is not and never has been legally binding.
In the words of Algore as he withdrew his concession, “Well, you don’t need to get snippy about it.”
WHAT I AM SAYING IS THAT THERE IS ZERO EVIDENCE ON THE GROUND HERE IN FLORIDA THAT HOMELAND SECURITY OR ANY OTHER FEDERAL AGENCY IS DOING A SINGLE THING.
