I held an opinion for months that the biggest threat to the Republicans in the Midterm election would come from affluent Suburban Republican women who didn’t like Trump and would vote for a Democrat who was well to the left, but who appeared to be sophisticated, intellectually superior, and uber politically correct.
I caught lots of flak from many Freepers, both men and women, who said that women who fit my description did not exist except for Democrat women. Well, they are Democrats now and they probably won’t return to the Republican Party. They will be embraced and flattered by their new Democrat sisters and they will turn many suburban districts blue. We will need to replace them, with blue collar men and women, Blacks, Hispanics, and other traditional Democrats.

Now it’s not just suburban women but “affluent” suburban women. Good grief. Can we not live in the suburbs unless we’re affluent? When did women who live in the suburbs - either conservative or liberal, either wealthy or not - become a dirty word? We’re all supposed to be idiots and abortion advocates and drive fancy cars? What world do you people live in?
