The “Honduran Caravan” is capturing headlines as thousands migrate toward the U.S. border to seek #asylum. Those fleeing their homes and countries are looking for a safer and more prosperous life, many having experienced extreme poverty and gang violence.
I know some people from Honduras - now US citizens - who have told me the caravan is made up of criminals. They say the people and the government there know this.
Their families who still live in Honduras are saying the US is doing the right thing in keeping them out.

I wouldn’t disagree with that but.......
there are processes, guidelines, rules which provide for non citizens to
enter the USA. Those need to be upheld or changed thru the proper process.
A culture is the sum of the people living in it. If a few "marronites" come to live among you, you get diversity and the benefit of whatever personal qualities we bring with us. If a million of us come, you get "marronia", the very thing we found unlivable.
