You are right.
It is truly obvious that CA doesn’t care about the middle class (upper, middle, lower) here.
There are far too many “Ca killed us” stories out there.
Please let me share just one example of their unconstitutional arrogance.
A couple years ago Ca tried to pass a law regulating the sale of your ca home if you move out of state. The law stated you could not sell your Ca home for 5 years after leaving the state. This would have tied up all your equity and assets in this home for 5 years and force you to pay for 5 more years of taxes, upkeep to keep local code enforcement happy, and Etc. This would have been outright financial imprisonment, if not physical imprisonment in some cases.
It did not pass but just the fact that they would even try to pass something like this pretty much sums up the the Ca government arrogance and lengths they will go to oppress and enslave their citizens. And they will keep trying until they eventually pass this totally unconstitutional regulation.
There are already a ton of unconstitutional regulations as crazy as this on the books in Ca. It’s insane.
