So you were found not guilty or had the case dismissed before trial?
I was only lucky the Judge thought the charges were humorous and idiotic at the time. This would not be the case today, today I would have to plea out on a lesser charge even if I was completely innocent. The system is not the same as it was back then. Even if you are innocent you are screwed if you don’t have a LOT of money. Public Defender? Guess who writes their checks...
