I agree, they were not manufacturing votes. There were always 700k+ votes in Broward. I was tracking it starting with the first day of early voting in late October.

Unfortunately they do thesemlves no favors given their past .. transgressions .. and then for whatever reason turned in a count of 634,000 on Tuesday which was wrong due to slowness of the count, incompetence or whatever else.
