Most likely Georgia statute has clear procedures for when the canvassing of provincial ballots is closed. Same goes for mail in ballots. The reason there are definite time periods is to prevent fraud and to keep elections from dragging on.

Having insiders in the USPS allows for easy backdated postmarking.

Yes, the criminals have such people to do their dirty deeds. I have witnessed convicted felons handling mailed ballots working in an offsite mailroom under the eye of a parole officer who was a hardcore Democrat. They did exactly what they were told and knew to shut up about it.

That was Dino Rossi vs. Christine Gregoire for the 2004 Governorship of WA State. Election stolen in plain sight.

The election system has so many vulnerabilities. One certain election officers understand the ropes, it becomes easy to steal an election.

Think Dean Logan, King County Director of Elections. Caught redhanded, allowed to resign; moved to Los Angeles and got a job. Guess where? Los Angeles County Elections Office now known as the County Registrar’s Office:

Scroll down to (19) for LA County and he is there.

His new job was actually a promotion. The Democrat Party values experienced successful cheaters.

Democrats control SEIU who have MS-13 as enforcers.

Getting an SEIU US Postal Worker to provide some postmark stamps is as easy as making a phone call. Postmarking is so easy.
