I knew of the 1982 capitulation. I did not know it had ended. I bet the RINOpublicans are not happy to lose this excuse.

if you look at the timing of the consent decree was it signed in the months after Reagan was shot and relying on his cabinet and vice president. the cao’s of the time might explain away how it happened.
