A federal judge blocked the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline Thursday, ruling that the Trump administration hadn’t justified changing President Obama’s earlier rulings.

Judges need to be held personally responsible for any costs to the taxpayer when their ridiculous rulings are overturned on appeal.

I am not a lawyer, but over the summer there was a SCOTUS ruling that had a request for another case to review that would define the role of the Judiciary in over ruling actions by the Executive Branch. Essentially, the conservative members wanted to strip Federal Judges from this sort of power.
Anyone else remember it?
I think Trump wants one more Justice pick before that prototypical case comes before the SCOTUS.

No single judge should have the power to prevent the President,or any of his cabinet members,from doing something.The only judges who should have that power are the Justices of SCOTUS...in a vote.

Doesn't Trump know that reversing ANY of Obama’s policies requires justifying it to a liberal judge?
