Gov. Rick Scotts campaign for Senate filed a lawsuit Thursday night against Broward Countys election head and questioned whether rampant fraud could be happening with the counting of votes in South Floridas Democratic stronghold counties.
Scott, a Republican, holds a 15,079 vote advantage over incumbent Democratic U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson.
In a news conference at the governors mansion, Scott questioned how votes are coming out of nowhere in Democratic-leaning Broward and Palm Beach counties. He said he has ordered the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to investigate. He blasted Palm Beach elections chief Susan Bucher and Broward elections head Brenda Snipes for what he called incompetence.

File an emergency civil rights complaint
And where was Sessions and the DOJ?
Good!
Rick Scott interview on Hannity right now...
I would think Department Justice or FBI should get involved since it involves Federal elections. Bringing the heat to expose the Frog. Make people go to prison for tampering
Yep. A crime should be charged and the DOJ should be seizing phones, emails, etc., RIGHT NOW before evidence of this conspiracy is destroyed.
The Democrats need to be stopped from stealing this election, by war if necessary.
I am so angry and disappointed that Walker conceded when the fraud in Milwaukee and Madison is so obvious.
I literally watched the election get stolen Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
Walker should have fought it. No way did Evers get 30,000 votes at 2 am Wednesday.
Now we get 4 years of hell.
As a Palm Beach County resident for 32 years I am sickened by this! This garbage of undervotes is total BS. The ballots can be easily completed by a schoolchild. The senate vote was on the top of pg 1. Each candidate has an arrow next to his/her name. The arrows have an open space in the middle. You fill in the space next to your choice, it’s that simple! If you don’t fill an arrow it’s a no vote, period!
This is outright fraud. Although I’m a little older than 2000, I’m ready to storm the courthouse again just like so many of us did for GWB! This cannot stand!!
Cannot allow them to get away with this blatant election theft. The law says
Stop them!
I hope you are right.
I would concur but not sure about whether or not the Feds would have jurisdiction. Being back to a 51-49 majority in the senate would be problematic with the likes of Romney and Collins/Murkowski.

snipe Brenda
Broward has found 78,000 uncounted ballots today.
I agree Diana
I like the way you think.
Why, oh why, a thousands whys, why did Scott wait and delay action until this late date? Waited, knowing full well, better than anyone, how corrupt that official is in Broward County. Now he has filed a lawsuit. How long will that take to drift through the legal channels? Two weeks?
It defies logic. If it is stolen from him, he deserves only contempt. Can’t even raise his hands to stop a grand theft of his job.
And Hannity just had Scott on his show, and, in keeping with the idiocy of Hannity, would not allow Scott to talk, talked over Scott, interrupted Scott. I think Scott just finally quit talking.
“More ballots have apparently been found in Broward County. On Thursday afternoon, the Supervisor of Elections website reported that 695,799 ballots were cast. By Thursday evening, that number jumped to 712,840.”

17,000 votes- isn’t that all they needed to ‘win’?
would concur but not sure about whether or not the Feds would have jurisdiction.
Someone needs to file an emergency civil rights complaint, right now.
Created is more like it. Broward County won't let any Democrat or Republican observers during the vote county. The cheating is blatant. If it's stopped now, it will be infinitely worse in 2020.
