Broward and Palm Beach Counties are intentionally using outdated voting systems. The Election Supervisors in Broward and Palm Beach Counties were crooks in 2000 and nothing has improved in the last 18 years.
In my county, Manatee, the Supervisor of Elections had counted ALL of the mail-in, early, and same day voting by 8:30pm on Tuesday.
Plus, in Manatee County there is a paper ballot. None of this electronic, no-paper voting system.
