#14. Yes. If a federal investigation, grand jury or even a congressional committee, after sufficient investigations, has enough evidence of “criminal intent, ties, ties to domestic terrorist groups/violent groups, even hate groups with records of violence, or foreign ties (like the old SDS-Venceremos Brigade ties to the KGB and Cuban DGI), they can be “designated” as a terrorist group.

At one time there was an Attorney General’s List of terrorist, treasonous, and/or criminal organizations, but the courts destroyed it.
Now Congress can hold hearings and/or issue reports designating certain groups as terrorist organizations, as they did the Weathermen (Weather Underground Organization; the SLA - Symbionese Liberation Army; the Republic of New Africa - RNA; FALN - Armed Front for National Liberation (of Puerto Rico, Rep. Gutierriez’s old group); MIR - an FALN related Castro supported terrorist group in P. R. responsible for killing several US Airmen; the Black Panther Party (original one); the KKK and related white hate action groups, including some Neo-Nazi organizations (American Nazi Party); the Melville-Jackson Brigade; the May 19th Communist Organization(Nyack, LI NY armored car robbery and killings of two policemen and a company guard - jointly with the terrorist Black Liberation Army (BLA); and in the old days, some Biker Gangs, esp. in California; The Black Guerilla Family; and even the Voice of Atzlan.

The abolition of all internal security congressional committees and subcommittees by the Democrats gave extremist, terrorist groups (including Iranian assassination squads), a go-light to conduct their operations without much government investigation or exposure as congressional committees did from the 1920 thru the early 1980’s.

Many congressional committees in recent years have been half-assed in terms of their research, hearings (if they even held any), biased under the Democrats, and often totally incompetent. Having worked with some committees and/or their staffers, I knew which ones were good and which ones were crappy/coverup scams.

The Dems will make sure, NOW, that the House never has any committee to seriously look into domestic terrorism and hate groups, except those the far-left Southern Poverty Law Center lists (mainly conservative, peaceful, research organization).

However, the Senate, still in Republican hands, can reestablish the Senate Internal Security Subcommittee back in the Sen. Judiciary Committee, and carry out major and intensive investigations into Antifa (because it has a demonstrated long record of violence, along with its affiliated the Black Bloc and Red Bloc anarchists); the New Black Panther Party; some of the Portland, Oregon and Seattle street gangs of communists and psychos; and the Communist Revolutionary Party (RCP) and its fronts, including Revcom.org and “Refuse Fascism”.

All it takes is some guts to organize the committees, to properly staff it with knowledgeable people, decently fund it, and make sure that it publishes their findings (making sure that the friendly, pro-American press organizations/TV cable networks too get the reports whenever they come out).

The same for friendly radio show hosts and others if they ask for it and have proper broadcasting credentials (Hearings and Reports should be put on the internet for all to see).

The Democrats policies towards such committees is, if they can’t destroy them, then they will cripple them - a See No Evil; Hear No Evil; Don’t Believe in Evil on the Left; and “Don’t Give a Crap about leftist Violent and Subversive organizations”.

If we get a decent, hardnosed new Attorney General, there is hope for the above to take place. Otherwise, the leftist violence is going to increase as long as it is not challenged, contained, jailed, and destroyed.

In Democrat cities, it ain’t gonna happen until a bomb kills the child or wife of some liberal politician ahole, and even then, they will try to find some kind of excuse to blame it on Trump.

They are communist-anarchist street gangs and should be rounded up and tried for serious crimes, not just vandalism or disorderly conduct but assault and threatening.

It’s time to confront them with adequate force and investigate who funds them.
