The media loves firsts.
It's obsessively promoting the first gay governor. The first two Muslim anti-Semitic women in the House, one of whom is accused of marrying her brother (the media obviously isn't mentioning that part), and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the youngest elected dimwit.
It's oddly uninterested in the first Korean-American woman in the House.
Well, not so oddly. Rep. Young Kim is a Republican.
Kim, 55, would be the first Korean-American woman elected to the U.S. House of Representatives if she defeats her Democratic opponent Gil Cisneros for the open seat in California’s 39th Congressional District in Tuesday’s election.
Kim, who immigrated to the U.S. from her birth country of South Korea in 1975, is running neck in neck with Cisneros for the seat being vacated by Republican Rep. Ed Royce. [SHE WON!]

Koreans lean Republican. The nail salon I go to is Korean and they have only Fox News on their TVs..also when President Trump went to North Korea they showed people here in Koreatown they were CRYING with happiness that maybe there would be peace

All this diversity stuff makes me nauseous. (And I could be considered in that group.) Give me conservatives and give me ability. The rest for the dems to devolve us as Americans.

At least NHK mentioned her in their newscast this morning. Convincing the fake news media that the GOP honors all races’ success is a dream that will just have to Incheon until the Seoul of the media changes to judge people not by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

She worked on Congressman Ed Royce’s staff for many years. She already knows DC and the bureaus, and she’s well educated on trade. I wonder if she will be working with Trump and North Korea.

You’ve got it backwards. Uninterested refers to the lack of interest by the media in investigating or reporting this significant news.
Disinterested is not a synonym. A disinterested party is someone who has no vested interest in a matter and is, therefore, more likely to be unbiased. That’s NOT the news media.
The Nazi rats ignore and hate beautiful Republican women because they’re stuck with spitting Helen Thomas clones.
