Currently, with about 75% of the precincts reporting, there seems to be a bit of a blue wave forming in Nevada. Sislak leads Laxalt by 6%, Wacky Jacky leads Heller by 7%, Lt. Gov. candidate Marshall leads Roberson by nearly 10%, AG candidate Ford leads Duncan, and so on.
The turnout was VERY strong. Polls closed at 7 pm, but everyone in line got to vote. That took until past 9:30 PM.
I live in N Nevada, and I am NOT happy about TAX TAX TAX Sisolak being Governor.
There are many retirees in the state on small Social Security income, and they won’t survive Sisolak & his TAXES.
Import South African farmers who are about to lose more than their farms. Move them into Nevada and give them instant citizenship along wit 40 acres.
No surprise. He’s like Hillary in that he has now run three or four times and lost each. Need a new crop of Trump Republicans, not retreads and Never Trumpers.
Yes, socialism showed strongly. Nearly half the population has vested interest in government handouts. Well, Democrats tried hard and for a midterm that was theirs to win, they fell short. Both parties should see the limits.
Trump kept the Senate, shed some Never Trumpers and GOPe in the House. I bet he’ll get more done now than he did with Ryan’s obstructionism.
Nevada came very close to passing a convention of states. The Rep. Majority leader killed it. Fat chance of that happening after the RATs took over.”””
How long ago was that?
Nevada Legislature has been Democrat for at least 3 years- going on 4.
It looks like all of Nevada went red except for Washoe and Clark counties, unfortunately, they end up ruling the state.
Dennis Hof won. Obviously rural areas would rather vote for a dead Republican than a life Democrat.
Lyon Co. voted down by a huge margin closing the brothels. Sheriff McNeil was voted out, two big wins here.
I’m not really surprised Heller lost. Although I voted for him I don’t know anyone who likes him, including me.
I am surprised Laxalt lost.
I would bet overall, a large amount of voter fraud in Clark Co.
I vote in Lyon County. The screening lady took my driver’s license, put it into a machine, and then I had to sign a screen to match the license signature. That was taking longer than just signing the book, like in the past.
However, there was a live of 30 or more people in our small valley ALL DAY LONG.
They would need to bring their own water.
Uh, I AM the husband.
Well, at least Dennis Hof, the brothel owner won by a landslide... despite being dead.
Almost the same in Washoe - I just didn’t mention the machine to sign in. They didn’t use my license for ID they accepted my voter pamphlet.
