I don’t understand the issue with the manager touching her phone being a problem. The manager likely touched the cash register (like everyone else who worked there). What is the difference?
Usually, one person makes the food, bags it etc and another rings it up and takes the money. Perhaps, she saw the person touching her phone prior to putting the food in its wrapping? Regardless, the employee was all kinds of wrong.
